WARRANTY POLICY

 

I. GENERAL TERMS:

To enjoy full warranty benefits when customers use AKINO products, please register for warranty activation within 14 days after purchasing the product. Failure to register for warranty activation on time prescribed may affect your warranty benefits later:

  • Register online from website: http://baohanh.akino.net.vn
  • Register via SMS to the 6089 switchboard. Syntax activate warranty: akino_serial_customer name to 6089

Inside:

serial: is the serial number on the back of the device (TV), the side (indoor unit of Air Conditioner) or warranty card.

  • Receive warranty requests and customer complaints via the hotline 18006327 serving 8h / 24h during working days (Except Sundays and public holidays according to the state regulations).

 

Akino Product Warranty is applied from the date of purchase onwards (warranty activation date, warranty card, purchase invoice ...), but does not exceed the warranty period from the date of manufacture.

 

II. WARRANTY PERIOD:

Air conditioner 24 30 Compressor is warranted for 60 months

 

For TVs that are opened and used within 30 days, if there is a failure due to technical fault, they will be replaced with the same product.
For Air Conditioner products, if arising from technical problems within 24 months, they will be warranted 1 for 1 (completely renovating components), especially for compressors is 60 months.

III. CONDITIONS FOR FREE WARRANTY:

Products are still in the warranty period at the time of customer requests.
Seal, serial number and model on the machine remain intact.
Damage due to component quality or technical failure when the product is stored and used under normal conditions.

IV. CONDITIONS OF DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY:

Products no longer warranted.
Chassis, foam box, strainer, exhaust, remote box ... and accessories, gifts are not warranted.
Using the wrong guide or power source.
Change the design, technique ... of the product.
Cracking of shells due to impact, falling of the tank, poor product storage conditions.
The scratches, stains, rust, corrosion caused by environmental conditions.
Product damage caused by natural disasters, floods, lightning, water, insects ...
Any damage caused by improper installation
The damage is caused by not performing the regular cleaning (air conditioning).
Product repaired in places not designated by AKINO or not an AKINO Authorized Service Center.
